Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ShopSync for Pipedrive ("ShopSync"), you agree to these Terms of Service. ShopSync is provided by WPAppDev ("we", "our", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use ShopSync.

2. Service Description

ShopSync is a data synchronization service that connects your Shopify store with your Pipedrive CRM account. It automatically detects wholesale orders in Shopify and creates corresponding records in Pipedrive, including deals, organizations, contacts, and product line items.

3. Account Requirements

To use ShopSync, you must have an active Pipedrive account and a Shopify store with Admin API access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials and for all activity that occurs through your ShopSync account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ShopSync only for its intended purpose of syncing wholesale order data between Shopify and Pipedrive. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Pricing & Billing

ShopSync offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, a monthly subscription fee applies. Pricing details are available on our landing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sync operations depend on the availability of both the Pipedrive and Shopify APIs, which are outside our control. We are not liable for data sync delays caused by third-party API downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShopSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data discrepancies, lost orders, or business impacts resulting from the use of ShopSync. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may disconnect ShopSync at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your credentials are deactivated and sync operations cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShopSync after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
