1. Overview
ShopSync for Pipedrive ("ShopSync", "we", "our") is a product of WPAppDev. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use ShopSync to sync Shopify wholesale orders with your Pipedrive CRM account.
2. Data We Collect
When you install and use ShopSync, we access and store the following data:
From Pipedrive: Your company name, company domain, user name, and OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) needed to create and update deals, organizations, contacts, and products on your behalf.
From Shopify: Your store domain, API access token, order data (order numbers, customer information, product line items, pricing, and order tags) for orders that match your configured wholesale filter tag.
Sync metadata: Timestamps, sync status, order counts, and error logs related to the synchronization process.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively to provide the ShopSync service: identifying wholesale orders in Shopify and creating corresponding deals, organizations, contacts, and product line items in Pipedrive. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the ShopSync service.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). API tokens and credentials are stored encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security practices including access controls, monitoring, and regular security updates.
5. Data Retention
We retain your sync configuration and credentials for as long as your account is active. Sync logs are retained for 90 days. When you disconnect ShopSync, your credentials are immediately deactivated. You may request complete deletion of all your data by contacting support@wpappdev.com.
6. Third-Party Services
ShopSync connects to the Pipedrive API and Shopify Admin API to perform its core function. We do not share your data with any other third-party services.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can disconnect ShopSync from your Settings page, which will immediately stop all syncs and deactivate stored credentials. For complete data deletion, contact support@wpappdev.com.
